same- I read I am half sick of shadows (and reviewed it on here!), which is #4 in the series, so I’m going back to book one and reading them all!

  1. I read Don’t Even Think About It recently and I can see why you might not like it. I thought it was okay, but it feels quite immature. It was fine for me, to pass the time on a train journey. I hope you have more success with your next reads!

Yeah exactly. It’s a quick read and I feel like I would’ve enjoyed it 10 years ago at age 14/15…but not now. There’s little to no character development and it just feels completely rushed

    • I just read Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge, haven’t reviewed yet, but it was 6 stars & a unicorn! Currently reading Mortal Danger by Anne Aguirre. Next books are The False Prince and The Mark of the Tala.

I really enjoyed Cruel Beauty 🙂 I did post a review of it not long ago, if you are interested it is on my “review index” page. Oooh the false prince has been on my kindle since August! I’ve heard mixed things about it
